Saturday, October 31 · Signal Hill Boulevard
Before you arrive
A big night on the Boulevard
Trick-or-treating runs from 6–8 PM—or until a participating home runs out of candy.
Signal Hill Boulevard is one of the area’s best-attended Halloween neighborhoods. Many participating homes welcome more than one thousand visitors during these two hours.
A neighborly reminder
Each participating family puts on the evening voluntarily. Please respect our neighbors’ property, decorations, and wishes so the night stays fun and welcoming for everyone.
Traffic & parking
Leave the driving to the edges
From 6–8 PM, the first through fourth blocks of the Boulevard will be closed to non-essential traffic. St. Clair County Sheriff’s deputies will watch the entrances and provide emergency support if needed.
Public parking will be available at Signal Hill School and Signal Hill United Methodist Church.
